Team Penning (Human) Competition

1st $500 /team and special trophy each and set of 150th Bega Show coasters each

2nd $300/team and set of 150th Bega Show coasters each

3rd $200 per team

Merino sheep supplied by Kingswood Sand and Livestock

Rules

Each team must consist of three people ( one to be female)
All competitors must be 15 years of age and over.
All competitors must complete and sign the event waiver prior to competing
Competitors will start in the pen.
Time starts when the judge calls your colour
Three sheep of the same allocated colour must be yarded.
Unallocated colours must not be in the pen for the time to be recorded.
No manhandling of the sheep to select from the mob, blocking only is allowed
No hands, voice or sound may be used to hunt, guide or drive the sheep
No entering the pen to retrieve the wrong colour. Must be achieved from outside the pen
The fastest time taken to successfully pen all three allocated sheep is deemed the winner
Timing stops once all three sheep are fully inside the pen
